Safeguarding

At Birchfield School we place the greatest importance on your child’s safety and welfare.

Our Child Protection Policy is updated and reviewed annually by our Governing Body.

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mrs Parker (Headteacher) and in her absence, Mrs Barter (Pastoral Lead & Deputy Safeguarding Lead). Any concerns raised will be followed up by them.

Staff are aware of our policy and procedures and receive updates and training.
